TokenBooom Terms of Use
By using this non-custodial interface you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Nature of the Interface
TokenBooom is non-custodial software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, financial service, or advisor. Transactions are initiated by you and require explicit approval from your Solana wallet.
2. Available Features
The interface can create SPL tokens, reproduce public token parameters, and create, add, or remove Raydium CPMM liquidity. Availability depends on Solana, RPC providers, Irys, wallets, and third-party protocols.
3. Fees and Payments
Configured platform fees are displayed before approval for token creation, copied tokens, pool creation, and pool removal. Network, storage, rent, and protocol charges are separate and wallet-approved.
4. Third-Party Protocols
Solana, Raydium, Irys, wallet providers, RPC services, market-data providers, X, and explorers are independent third parties. Their security, availability, and behavior are outside this demo’s control.
5. User Responsibility and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for wallet security, approved transactions, tokens, and liquidity actions. Do not use the interface for fraud, impersonation, scams, manipulation, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
6. No Warranties
The interface is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of uptime, transaction success, confirmation, data accuracy, or protocol behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, contributors are not liable for losses involving funds, tokens, profit, data, network congestion, protocol errors, or business opportunities.
8. No Advice
Nothing in this interface is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
9. Jurisdictions and Sanctions
You must not use the interface where its use is prohibited or where you are subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions.
10. Changes
These terms may change as the software evolves. Review the version supplied with the copy you run.
11. Similar Tokens and Public Metadata
Public metadata does not grant trademark, copyright, endorsement, or community rights. You alone must ensure names, images, symbols, and branding are lawful and not misleading.
